We professional pet photographers love happy endings and I got to be part of one recently that’s a real doozy. The folks at BADRAP, my favorite Pit Bull advocacy group, invited me to the 5-Year Reunion for seven of the dogs rescued from the infamous Virginia dog-fighting kennels owned by Michael Vick. Happy to report they’re all living happy lives in their new homes and have gone on to become K9 good citizens as well as therapy pets and more. The best part of the night was the requisite group shot took with them and their new parents: 7 dogs + 8 people and a large audience = serious challenge. Check out the result below as well as a making-of video captured by Donna from BADRAP that’s definitely worth your while and a chuckle or two.
